Hi I'm at the Carenport - Melville game now, and it's frankly rather intense. I feel like I've been saying that a lot lately, but hey it' true.
The first set just ended, Carenport won it, 25-17. Real intense. I honestly don't usually get that pumped for volleyball but this stuff is great. By the way definately check out the live stream of this, it'll be stream #2, the button should be right above this post.
We're into the second set now, the score's tied 2-2. It's LOUD. Melville #10 just got a huge hit for the point. It's still really close, 6-5 now. They're getting points back and forth, these are two really equal teams I'd say (skill-wise).
Carenport pulling ahead again now, it's 14-7. Still it's not coming easy, the rallies are super long, neither teams letting it hit the floor all that much. Which is good. Can you tell I'm tired?
Melville closing the gap quick, 15-14, still for Carenport but Melville got the serve and ran away with quite a few points there. It's tied 16-16 now. The fans seem nervous. =) Everybody's nervous I guess, the coaches are calling timeouts every two or three points now.
INTENSE!!! We are all SO pumped.
Okay! Carenport just won 25-22. That was crazy. So Carenport won the whole game there. Good game to both teams though.
